Refund Policy

Please understand that we do not issue refunds normally. There could be, however, special circumstances where we would refund the entire transaction amount. Such a case would be a technical issue on our end preventing the user from accessing our services.

In other cases, where a user is not satisifed with the service or the quality of a private show or reports problems of an individual chathost or the show had been interrupted by any form of technical error on our end we can issue additional JamCamsLive credits to the user's account.

In the event of refund, the amount(s) will be credited back to the originating credit card/bank account that was used at the time of purchase. Only full packages may be subject to a refund!
